1. Who is this retreat for?
This retreat is designed for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, whether you’re at a crossroads in life, navigating change, or simply craving time and space to reset and realign. You don’t need to have it all figured out, just a willingness to explore what’s next for you.
2. Do I need to have experience with retreats, journaling, yoga, or self-development work?
Not at all. Everything is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to this work or have been on a personal growth journey for a while, you'll be fully supported throughout.
3. How many women will be attending?
We are keeping this retreat intimate and intentional with a maximum of 12-14 women, to ensure a personalised, connected experience.
Please note, this is a women's only retreat.
4. What’s included in the retreat price?
Your investment includes luxury accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snack, workshops, guided movement sessions, a sound bath experience, use of the estate facilities (hot tub, sauna, plunge pool), and carefully curated retreat materials.
5. What’s not included?
Travel to and from the retreat location, travel insurance, and any personal extras (e.g. additional snacks).
6. How do the room options work?
Guests can choose between private or shared rooms. All rooms are beautifully styled with ensuite bathrooms. Shared rooms offer a lower investment and a chance to connect more closely with another attendee. You’ll select your preference when booking.
7. Will there be free time?
Yes. The schedule is thoughtfully paced to include moments of rest and reflection.
8. What is the investment, and do you offer payment plans?
Room rates vary depending on the room type. Yes, payment plans are available. A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot. You will then pay the balance (as per the payment schedule) leading up to the retreat which will be emailed to you when payment is due.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the intimate nature of this retreat and the limited spaces available, all bookings are final. However, if you can no longer attend and we are able to fill your spot, we’ll do our best to transfer your booking to someone else.
10. The room I want is unavailable. Do you have a waitlist?
If the room you want is unavailable, we recommend booking another room type you feel comfortable with to secure your place on the retreat; spaces fill quickly and we cannot hold spots without payment.
